Seattle Yacht Club's Portage Bay Clubhouse features casual and fine dining restaurants, banquet and meeting facilities, a retail store and a marina.
Seattle Yacht Club offers both casual dining in the Marine Room and fine dining in the Ward Room. Use of our dining rooms are restricted to SYC members and guests. For SYC's definition of 'guests', please visit the Guest Information page.
The Ward Room is one of the Seattle area's highly regarded dining rooms. Menus are developed and presented by Executive Chef Alex Garcia and feature regional Northwest cuisine, as well as traditional favorites. The Club's wine cellar features an outstanding selection of Washington State wines, along with a fine collection from other US and international wineries. Wines are available by the bottle or glass, where you can taste a group of wines designed to complement your meal.
The Marine Room offers casual dining in a comfortable setting overlooking Portage Bay. The outdoor deck is popular in the summer months. Year-round, members make this spot their home away from home for camaraderie, great service, and excellent food.
Members are always welcome to invite guests to our restaurants and guests can pay for their meals with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Children are welcome in both dining rooms and the same kid's menu is offered in both restaurants.
SYC's Ship's Store offers members and guests an array of merchandise from burgee-imprinted apparel and accessories to supplies for entertaining on your boat. The Ship's Store is located behind the Front Desk.
