Join Us for the Resurrection of the

Barnacle Bill Party at Port Madison

 

The long standing SYC tradition of helping the losing Rear Commodore candidate drown his sorrows with wind (sailing), whiskey or wine, and a walloping good time is being revived on Saturday, October 8, 2005. Waste no time after the annual meeting, to pack your bags and ready your crews for a day of spirited sailing, dockside diversion, dinner and entertainment.

  Schedule of Events:  

Saturday

 
1300 Staggered start sailing race from Shilshole Bay Marina
race finish Skipper’s dingy race to dockside
all day Dockside greetings with beer and clam chowder
1700 Hosted greenbox and arrival of the M/V PartyBarge
1830 Welcome remarks and brief history of Barnacle Bill
1900 Hosted dinner at the clubhouse
2000 Comedy entertainment by: Jan Barrett and Joe Cannon
