Women's Group Home Page
Message from the 2015-2016 President - Karol Cahan
All women at the Seattle Yacht Club are automatically members of the Women's Group and are encouraged to come to the luncheons every third Wednesday of the month from September through May. The social hour begins at 11:00 a.m. followed by a delicious lunch and an interesting program. If you are new to the Club, tell us when you make your reservation and we will have someone met you and sit with you at lunch. Getting involved in the many other activities is the way to meet new friends, renew old acquaintances and simply have some fun. Depending on your schedule, we have day or night activities called "Dinghy" outings, over-night adventures, book groups, bridge, tap dancing, and a wonderful drama group just to name a few. Look for these in SYC's monthly Binnacle or in the our website under the Women's Group tab. CompassNEWS is another communication emailed weekly which keeps us informed of the activities. Women's Group tries to make our social gatherings relaxing and enjoyable. Our talented women have many things planned and we encourage you to come and get together so we will have a successful year.
