Boating with Broadband Internet Access Seminar
Are you out on the waters of the Pacific Northwest and need fast broadband access to the internet? A seminar presented by the Internet Committee will discuss WiFi and the new high-speed 3G cell phone-based broadband services available in our boating area. We will present hardware solutions (including external antennas, WiFi bridges, on-board WiFi networks) and their pros and cons. Also, a review of EVDO and HSPDA 3G cell phone networks will compare this new technology with WiFi.
